Synergy Joins Ascott Star Rewards Loyalty Program
Stays at Select Synergy Properties Will Now Earn Valuable Travel Benefits
San Ramon, CA, July 22, 2024—Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a leader in serviced accommodation program management, announced it has joined Ascott Star Rewards (ASR), the global loyalty program of The Ascott Limited (Ascott), of which Synergy is a member. This allows guests staying at participating properties to earn points which can be redeemed at participating properties across 14 brands operated by Ascott, including Ascott, Citadines, lyf, Oakwood, Somerset, The Crest Collection and The Unlimited Collection.
Synergy will begin offering the program today for new bookings at two of its premier New York City properties, Synergy Chelsea and Synergy Madison. Additional properties and locations throughout the US and EMEA regions will follow, providing more opportunities for guests to redeem points in each of Synergy’s and Ascott’s key locations.

The ASR program offers guests a wide array of loyalty perks ranging from member prices to bonus rewards such as air tickets, tours and activities. Additional privileges such as late check-out and exclusive entry to local experiences are benefits of the ASR program. For instance, as the Official Global Hotels Partner of Chelsea Football Club, Ascott offers ASR members exclusive Chelsea experiences including VIP meet and greet sessions with the men’s and women’s football teams, pitch-side access prior to home matches, intimate tours to Chelsea’s private training grounds, as well as signed memorabilia.
ASR points can be earned through purchasing stays across any participating property or when referring friends and family to the program. ASR members can also purchase points.
