As Chief Technology Officer for Synergy, Aaron leads the company’s technological strategy, focusing on delivering next-generation solutions to enhance the experience for business travelers, mobility managers, and travel administrators. With a seasoned background in direct-to-traveler technology implementations, Aaron is committed to making Synergy’s global accommodation services more seamless and accessible for both internal teams and external partners.
Prior to joining Synergy, Aaron served as CTO of BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, where he led the development of the Stay Accommodation platform, providing access to over 16.5 million global accommodations for more than 5,000 clients and 62,000 users. His experience also includes leadership roles at Brandshop, a digital commerce solutions provider, and eBay, where he headed delivery operations and technology.
At Synergy, Aaron’s mission is to advance the company’s robust technology infrastructure, integrating flexible payment solutions, expanding tools for travel administrators, and improving the booking experience across the platform. His expertise will accelerate the development of new tools for clients and accommodation partners, ensuring Synergy continues to lead in hospitality technology.
