How will my accommodation be paid for?

As the renter will be responsible for all costs associated with your housing accommodation. You will also be responsible for any damage or cleaning charges incurred during your stay.

What does the accommodation include?

What services and property amenities are provided?

Each property’s amenities will vary depending on location and the type of property chosen. More information will be provided by Synergy upon reservation of your accommodation.

Who should I contact if I have service issues during my stay?

Please contact the Synergy Service Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for any service issues or questions you may have about your housing accommodation.

Do I need to buy anything for my accommodation?

We know travelling can be tiring so we’ll provide you with all the essential items you’ll need to get you through your first few days. Items include small sizes of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bin liners, tea/coffee and sugar. It’s your responsibility thereafter to replenish these items as required.

How does Synergy ensure my accommodation is clean and safe?

Every Synergy accommodation and communal space is subject to the strictest cleanliness standards as part of our health and safety initiative SynergyCares. To read more about SynergyCares, click here.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is usually from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Should you wish to check-in earlier, please reach out to a member of the Synergy team and we will do our best to get you in earlier. Early check-ins are subject to accommodation availability.

What time is check-out?

Check-out times vary by location, however, most accommodations will require check-out to be completed by 11 AM. We’ll send you detailed check-out instructions no less than one week prior to your departure.

Can I smoke in my accommodation?

No. All Synergy accommodations come with a strict no-smoking policy. You’ll be charged with any cleaning fees, smoke damage or accidents should smoking occur in your accommodation.

Who pays for damages in the accommodation?

You’ll be responsible for any damages incurred during your stay which are beyond normal wear and tear. We’ll contact you with all relevant details and photos should damages be found upon your departure.

What happens if I lock myself out?

In the event you are locked out of your accommodation, please contact our after-hours/emergency number at 800-600-1115, or services@synergyhousing.com.

What happens if I leave something behind in the accommodation?

If you’ve left something behind when you check out, you can contact us at 800-600-1115, or services@synergyhousing.com. If you do not claim your belongings within 30 days of departure, we will discard them or donate them to a local charity.
