Synergy Appoints Manpreet Dhami as Executive Vice President, International
Strategic addition to Synergy’s leadership team will see Manpreet oversee the company’s international operations
London, UK, March 18, 2025 — Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a serviced accommodation programme management leader, today announced the appointment of Manpreet Dhami as Executive Vice President, International. In this role, Manpreet will lead Synergy’s international operations across EMEA and APAC, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, enhancing global partnerships and supporting the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
Manpreet brings more than two decades of extensive global mobility industry experience to her role at Synergy, having held senior leadership roles across strategic planning, operations, supplier management and client services. Most recently, she served as Chief Strategy Officer for Newland Chase, where she spearheaded the development of innovative immigration products and services, expanded the company’s presence into new markets and drove significant revenue growth.

Prior to Newland Chase, Manpreet was Vice President, Global Supplier Networks at a leading relocation management company, where she managed supplier partnerships across twelve service lines in EMEA, APAC and the Americas. She also held executive leadership roles with Switzerland’s largest provider of tailored relocation solutions and served as Regional Director, Europe, for a prominent global immigration consultancy.

A graduate of the University of Leeds, Manpreet is fluent in French, German and Punjabi and has a working knowledge of Japanese. She holds Worldwide ERC’s Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). Born in the UK, Manpreet has lived and worked in Argentina, France, Germany, Switzerland and Japan.
