Synergy Strengthens Global Leadership Team and Solidifies Central US Expansion
Plans for Innovative Tech, New Headquarters and Reinforced Commitment to its California Roots
San Ramon, CA, January 14, 2025 — Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a leader in serviced accommodation program management, today announced a series of new hires and promotions as the company expands its areas of operation, tech capabilities and strategic customer alignment. These actions solidify Synergy’s business operations across the Central US region, while kickstarting further organizational growth throughout the company’s global markets.
To drive Synergy’s technology strategy, the company recently appointed Chief Technology Officer, Aaron Turner. Under his guidance, Synergy will be releasing a transformative booking and reporting platform early this year, that will enhance and optimize the end-to-end experience for business travelers, assignees, travel managers, travel administrators and mobility managers.
Additional associates have been added to the Texas team to support growth in Texas and the Central US. Synergy welcomes Business Development Directors Renee Seibert-Ottley based out of Austin, and Jennifer Binder, located in Houston. Richard Franco, who opened the market, is now focused solely on its success as Director of Operations, Central US. As part of the strategy to better serve the full spectrum of extended stay business travel across the country, the California company’s corporate headquarters in San Ramon will be relocating to Houston, Texas by Q2.
“We go where our clients need us to be and the Central US has become a key focus during the last few years,” said Henry Luebbert, Synergy Global Housing’s Co-founder and Interim CEO. “While the headquarters are moving, our commitment to California continues and will remain intact as we expand our area of coverage across the US. We will aways maintain robust operations in the home of our roots including San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles and Seattle.”
Seeking to shore up the future of Synergy’s leadership structure, the company has also executed a number of internal promotions:
- Eunice Chu, previously Corporate Controller, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer replacing retiring CFO, Patrick Shearer.
- Claire Barrie has been promoted to EVP, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, where she will drive a strategic collaboration between the teams to further the company’s global revenue growth.
- Cara Lingle, reporting to Claire, has been promoted from VP, Supply Chain to VP, Supply Chain and US Sales, which will align the development of innovative client partnerships with inventory fulfillment.
- Mary Corrales, reporting to Cara, has been promoted to Senior Director, Business Development, and will now oversee the Western US sales team.
- Paula Millard, based in California, has been promoted from Senior Director, Operations to Regional Director, Operations.
“Synergy has always held a strong belief in the power of our people”, said Henry Luebbert. “We nurture the best and brightest talent from within the organization to advance and become the leaders for tomorrow. I am truly ecstatic about the strength of our leadership team.”
