Partners of Good Gifts provide artisan gifts or direct funding support for over 100 artisans or causes globally. Employees are able to self select gifts that direct financial impact to their personal choice of cause. Annual reports are available for Synergy’s global impact that directly aligns with our Corporate responsibility initiatives.
MOVE FOR HUNGER
25 Synergy associates participated in the MOVE 2 Fight Hunger Challenge where we helped raise money to support Move For Hunger, a national hunger relief non-profit organization that mobilizes transportation networks to deliver surplus food to communities in need.

ACCREDITED TRAINING
Mandatory for all employees and incorporated into standard onboarding for future new hires. Training will also be provided to Supply Chain Partners as part of the certification for the SynergyCare Commitments.

Synergy’s robust crisis management capabilities have been put to the test and delivered outstanding support to our clients and guests in truly terrible situations. In November 2024, we were honored to receive the Outstanding Agility & Crisis Management Service Provider at the Forum for Expatriate Management EMMAs in recognition of the support provided to guests during the Ukraine crisis.
ASSOCIATE SAFETY POLICIES/TRAININGS
Synergy SafeSpaces includes training on Anti-bullying, Harassment and Discrimination. A three part series to encourage and foster emotionally safe spaces within Synergy. This aligns with our corporate responsibility for fostering a culture of mutual respect within the organization.
ISAAP ACCREDITED
Synergy participated in the International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process (ISAAP) which offers reassurance to clients and guests that all necessary elements of safety, health, security and quality have been verified through a trusted resource.

Synergy’s quality assurance measurement system of Supply Chain partners. The SynergySMART system ensures stay by stay that, even in areas where Synergy is not physically located, a Synergy associate is able to have eyes on and ensure appropriate levels of quality in accommodation just before guest arrival. The detail and timing of this process ensures a proactive measure for all Synergy stays.

By sharing these assessments with all properties, we also help educate our partners on sustainability initiatives and outline actionable next steps in their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) journey.
